Cancellation Policy

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail after 24 hours from the time of order placement, the order cannot be cancelled. Aakash Ganga has the complete right to decide whether an order can be cancelled or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aakash Ganga and accept Aakash Ganga decision regarding cancellation.

Aakash Ganga . reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

Replacement/Exchange Policy:

All products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, except in the following cases:

  1. Items that have been used.
  2. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
  3. Any item received by Aakash Ganga in a damaged condition.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation. Return Policy:

Any item ordered from cannot be returned. It is only possible to exchange the item as per the above Exchange/Replacement Policy.

Refund Policy of

Cases of unavailability of products or a service problem:

  • If the order is confirmed by us and the product is not shipped on time to the customer, then we give refunds to the customer, if the customer demands.
  • 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or we are not able to ship the products.
  • For courier products, if the delivery address is out-side the service area, then 100% refund will be given to the customer.
  • Refund to be processed within 2 weeks after the returned products have been received via Bank Transfer.


Aakash Ganga expressly disclaims any claim or liability arising out of uploading of any obscene, vulgar or pornographic images, photograph or a picture or altering or distorting the images available under this service. Aakash Ganga does not warrant that this site /application, its servers or e-mails sent from Aakash Ganga, are free of viruses or other components. Aakash Ganga will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site / application. It does not endorse in any way, any advertisers/ contents of advertisers on its pages or other communications.

This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer or mobile virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence or under any other cause of action.

In a credit/debit card transaction, you must use a credit/debit card that is issued in the name of the user. Aakash Ganga will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. The liability to use a credit / debit card or a net banking transaction fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to \'prove otherwise\' shall be exclusively on the user.

Shipping & Delivery

We work only with premier courier companies to always delivery goods on time.

We will send an e-mail conforming the shipment of the order placed, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier company. These alert e-mails will contain the tracking number & courier company’s website details (if applicable).

Tracking number for order shipped might take around 48 business hours to become action on the courier websites.
