Cancellations requested after 24 hours from order placement cannot be processed. Aakash Ganga has the right to decide on all cancellation requests.

We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. In such cases, a 100% refund is issued automatically.

Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are not accepted for used items, items not in original condition, or damaged-on-return items.

We replace at no extra cost if: item was damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong item was delivered. Email your Order Number and reason to support@aakashgangauniform.com.

Items cannot be returned — only exchanged as per the Exchange Policy above.

• Refund if confirmed order not shipped on time (upon customer request).
• 100% refund if product is unavailable or cannot be shipped.
• 100% refund if delivery address is outside service area.
• Refunds processed within 2 weeks via Bank Transfer after return is received.

We ship via premier courier partners. A confirmation email with tracking info is sent once your order is dispatched. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 business hours to go live.

Aakash Ganga is not liable for damages arising from site usage, fraudulent card use, or transit issues beyond our control. Users must use cards registered in their own name.
